4. Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. User Responsibilities

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

6.3 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 2-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 2 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. No Guarantee of Employment

Important: NexRole does not guarantee that you will receive job interviews, job offers, or employment. Our services are designed to increase your chances of success, but hiring decisions are ultimately made by employers. We make no warranties or representations regarding specific outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by NexRole or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide (such as your resume and work history). By using our services, you grant us a license to use, modify, and share this content as necessary to provide our services, including submitting applications to employers on your behalf.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NexRole shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for the actions of employers or third parties

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexRole, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
